Attire for the entire conference is casual business clothing.  A sport coat is not needed.

The cost of attending the conference is $720. The fee includes the conference presentations, three breakfasts, two box lunches, three cocktail receptions, and three dinners. It does not include the cost of your accommodations.

Once you have submitted your application there is a $100 penalty for cancellation.

The conference begins on Sunday, May 19 2019 with a cocktail reception and dinner on the terrace outside the Alhambra Room from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. Please pick up your name tag at the beginning of the cocktail reception and wear it at all group functions. If you do not attend the cocktail reception your name tag will be left in the library next to the concierge desk following the reception. Please remember to wear your name tag for attendance at any of the social functions and for entrance to the conference room.

The included daily buffet breakfast is served from 6:30am to 10:00am in the Sands Pointe Restaurant. Those on the list will not be charged for their breakfasts. Please be sure to wear your name tag to the breakfast. The restaurant staff will require the name tag as I.D. Please sign in with the hostess before going to the buffet.

The conference presentations are held in the Ringling Room which is opposite the concierge desk in the hotel lobby. The Sands Pointe Restaurant is located in the same building. Meetings begin and end promptly according to the schedule.

On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday there is a cocktail reception from 7:00pm to 8:00pm followed by a dinner from 8:00pm to 9:30pm. Weather permitting the receptions and dinners take place by the pool.

In the event that weather does not permit the evening functions to be held outdoors, the function will be moved to Island House, which is the club located at the golf course. If it is raining the resort will facilitate transfers.

For an additional $275 fee, a spouse or companion is welcome at the social functions. The $275 fee is charged to help defray the cost of the three breakfasts, three cocktail receptions and three dinners. Please be sure to advise the full name of your spouse or companion on your registration application so that a name tag and charge card can be prepared for them. This property is great for families since our accommodations, with the exception of the guest rooms, feature a King size bed and a Queen size sofa bed and have a full kitchen. Children are free at the Sunday and Monday poolside functions, but breakfasts are not included for the children.
