General Information

This year, for the first time in over 20 years, the conference will be at a new location.  The conference will be held at The Biltmore Coral Gables, which is located 6 miles from Miami International Airport.

Many of you know The Biltmore by name and may even have stayed there.  The Biltmore is a National Historic Landmark which originally opened in 1926.  At the end of 2018 the resort underwent a $25 million renovation so you will be among the first to experience the new Biltmore.  The landmarked property features Mediterranean architecture with Italian and Spanish influences. The renovation project included the accommodations, the 18 hole golf course, the 10,000 square foot fitness center and 12,000 square foot spa.    

Their swimming pool is the largest on the east coast and measures 23,000 square feet and holds 600,000 gallons of water.

Attire for the entire conference is casual business clothing.  A sport coat is not needed for any of the events. 

The cost of attending the conference is $850 and does not include the cost of your accommodations.

The conference provides the presentations, three breakfasts, two box lunches, three cocktail receptions, and three dinners. 

There is a $100 penalty for cancellation once you have been confirmed.

The conference begins on Sunday, May 19 2019 with a cocktail reception and dinner from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. Please pick up your name tag at the beginning of the cocktail reception and wear it at all group functions. If you do not attend the Sunday reception your name tag will be found on a table at the back of the conference room. Please remember to wear your name tag for attendance at any of the social functions and for entrance to the conference room.

The conference presentations will be held in the Alhambra Room which is located on the main floor, near the elevators. Meetings begin and end promptly according to the schedule.

On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday there is a cocktail reception from 7:00pm to 8:00pm followed by a dinner from 8:00pm to 9:30pm. Weather permitting the receptions and dinners will be outdoors.  The reception locations will be available at check-in. You will be able to use your cell phone  during the conference to check the locations and times of presentations and events by going to www.epgconference.com

In the event that weather does not permit the evening functions to be held outdoors, the function will be moved to the Granada Ballroom, which is off the upper lobby to the left of the reception desk.  In the event of inclement weather there will be no need to leave the building to attend the events.
