General Information

This year's EPG Conference will be held at the Four Seasons Miami, which is located 8 miles or about 20 minutes from Miami International Airport.  Miami offers easy access for both domestic and international travelers.  Uber or Lyft are the easiest ways to get to to the hotel.

The Four Seasons Miami is well known for the quality of its accommodations and the level of service they offer. The hotel is a AAA-Five Diamond property featuring 182 guest rooms and 39 suites.   By selecting the Four Seasons Miami we have closely matched the hotel size to the group size so that we can "take over" the property and enjoy a "private club" feeling. The Hotel was opened in 2003 and fully renovated in 2018.

The Four Seasons Miami is located in the city center, with the lobby and reception on the 7th floor.  The rooms located on floors 20 to 36 of the 70 story building.  Excellent views of the Miami skyline and the Biscayne Bay are available from the rooms.  The hotel boasts a 2 acre pool and deck on the 7th floor.

The Four Seasons Miami hosts the 40,000 square foot Equinox Health Club and Spa, which is the largest health club facility in Miami.  Located on the 4th floor, the Equinox health club is complimentary to the guests of the hotel.   In addition, the club offers approximately 100 classes from yoga to Pilates to athletic conditioning at no charge.  The gym will be open until 8:00pm on Sunday and opens at 5:00am on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so that you are able to squeeze in a good workout before or after your meetings.

Rooms and suites feature twice daily attendant service, 24 hour room service, hair dryer, terry cloth robes and slippers, iron and ironing board, work desk and high speed internet.

Attire for the entire conference is casual business clothing.  A sport coat is not needed for any of the events. 

The cost of attending the conference is $875 and does not include the cost of your accommodations.

The conference provides the presentations, three breakfasts, two box lunches, three cocktail receptions, and three dinners. 

There is a $100 penalty for cancellation once you have been confirmed.

The conference begins on Sunday, May 17 2020 with a cocktail reception and dinner from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. Please pick up your name tag at the beginning of the cocktail reception and wear it at all group functions.  Please remember to wear your name tag for attendance at any of the social functions and for entrance to the conference room.
