Presenter Information

Corporate Presenters please read the following information concerning registration and name tags, audio-visual needs, and the shipping procedures for collateral materials. All presentations should be provided on a USB memory stick to Kimberly on the morning of your presentation.

It is important that we are aware of each attendee from your company. This information allows us to provide a name tag, which we request that everyone wears.  More importantly it puts you on the list of presenters in attendance.  It also assists us to order the appropriate catering.

All representatives of the company are considered "Presenters", even if they will not be speaking. Please complete the registration form for each person attending.

Even if your representative will not be staying at the hotel, please still register him. Select the date of his arrival and use the same date as the departure date. You do not need to select a room type or enter a credit card number. Once processed I will send you a Name Tag Only confirmation.  This ensures the name is on the handout as a Presenter.

Please note that corporate presenters are not charged a per-person attendance fee. The $1,650 Presenter's fee is a per company fee--not per person--and is limited to one charge regardless of the number of representatives that you send. Presenters do not pay a per person fee for their representatives.  

The website offers a box to presenters to indicate which one of their representatives should be charged the $1,650 Presenter's fee. Only one representative from each company should select this box to avoid duplicate charges.

If no representative will be staying at the hotel, be sure to provide the credit card number and expiration date on the registration of the person who will be charged the Presenter's Fee. A receipt for the charge will be emailed to the first email address on the registration form.

The name tags are distributed at the cocktail reception on Sunday night. If you will not be present at the cocktail reception on Sunday night, please find your name tag on a table as you enter the Alhambra Ballroom where the presentations occur.

Last year all presenters used slides on an LCD projector for their presentation. If you will be using something other than a LCD projector, be sure to let us know no later than April 30th to ensure that the equipment is available.  If you are using anything other than slides for your presentation (like video with audio) please let me know in advance.  Please look at Audio-Visual information to see the audio-visual equipment that will be provided for all presentations and what you need to do if the equipment provided does not meet your needs.

You may want to print the information to provide to the person responsible for the shipment.  Please see the shipping information to determine whether you want to send materials.  Many companies no longer send presentation materials.
